Deborah A. Mannor, 68 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI.  She was born on November 13, 1956, in IL, the daughter of Richard J. Wheeler Sr. and Helen (Hardinger) Wheeler Freudenstein.  Deb was united in marriage to Anthony "Tony" Mannor.  She worked for many years with Peckham Vocational Industries.  Deb enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the casino.

Deb is survived by her husband, Tony, father, Richard J. Wheeler Sr., two brothers, James Wheeler and Richard Wheeler Jr., dear friend, Rachel Wheeler, and many extended family members and friends.  She was preceded in death by her mother, Helen Wheeler Freudenstein, and brother David Wheeler.
