Dennis Vogel 54;  of Bristol, WI, formerly of Elkhorn, WI was called to heaven on Friday, October 11, 2019. Dennis was born on July 9, 1965 in Harvard, IL and was adopted as an infant by Gerald and Jean (Schmitt) Vogel of Richmond, IL. In 1977 the Vogel family moved to Elkhorn, WI. While attending Elkhorn Area High School, Dennis developed a passion for music and became an astounding guitarist and played with many local bands. In addition to playing music, he was a skilled machinist by trade where he was currently working at Bradshaw Medical of Kenosha, WI.  He was also an avid Packer fan.  Dennis is survived by his mother Jean Vogel of Elkhorn, WI; son, Paul Vogel of Crystal Lake IL; his sister, Vicki Hellenbrand of Waunakee, WI and his brother, Gary (Tana) Vogel of Elkhorn WI; nieces and nephews Alec, Haley, Connor and Ava Hellenbrand and Benjamin and Lindsey Vogel and other relatives and friends.   Dennis is preceded in death by his father Gerald Vogel.  Funeral service will be 2:00 PM Monday October 21, 2019 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N.
