Diane L. Todd, age 70, of Genoa City, WI, (Pell Lake) passed away Thursday afternoon August 17, 2017 at her home.

The former Diane Lynn Burgess was born on October 19, 1946 in Burlington, WI, the daughter of the late Harold and Lila Nelson Burgess.  Diane graduated from Badger High School in Lake Geneva, WI. She lived in Lyons, WI before moving to Pell Lake 50 years ago.   On November 16, 1966, in Lyons, WI, Diane was united in marriage to Alan J. "Skip" Todd.

Diane formerly worked for Northern Precision Casting in Lake Geneva and then with her husband Skip, they owned and operated Skip's Lakeside Tavern in Pell Lake for 30 years.  She enjoyed playing Bingo and was a sports fan, especially the Packers, Brewers and NASCAR.  She played in pool leagues.

Diane is survived by:  her husband, Alan "Skip; Siblings, Donald Burgess of Pell Lake, WI, Harold Burgess of Pell Lake, WI, June Nolan of Kentucky, Pam Dupee of Kentucky, Best Friend and Sister Barbara Dupee of Lake Geneva, WI and Tom Burgess of Pell Lake, WI.

Diane was preceded in death by a son, Joseph Scott Todd on November 14, 1996.

In keeping with Diane's wishes, private family services will be held at a later date.  Memorial remembrances may be made in Diane's name to the Ducks Unlimited, Box 129, Pell Lake, WI. 53157.
