Don H. Kraft age 89 of Powers Lake, WI died Monday morning December 1, 2014 at Burr Oak Manor in Genoa City, WI.
Don was born June 10, 1925 in Sturgis, Michigan the son of the late Harold and Bernice Millman Kraft. On September 15, 1951 in Chicago, IL, he was united in marriage to Nancy J. Kindberg. They lived in Schaumburg, IL before moving to Powers Lake 15 years ago.
Don graduated from the University of Michigan. He was a chemical engineer-salesman for the Rin Inc. which was a chemical supplier to the plating industry. He was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church in Twin Lakes, WI where he was active in church activities. He was a member of the American Electroplaters Society. He enjoyed golfing, boating and spending time with family and friends.
Don is survived by: His wife Nancy; daughters-Donna (Thomas) Franklin of Niles, IL, Bev (Dave) Klotz of Powers Lake, WI and Amy (Jim) Cieslak of Twin Lakes, WI; 5 grandchildren-Mindy, Alex, Matthew, Gretta and Olivia; 2 gr. Grandchildren-Danika and Gia.
Don was preceded in death by 2 infant sons.
Private Graveside Funeral Services will be held Dec. 6, 2014 at Mound Prairie Cemetery 38900 104th St. Twin Lakes, WI. Memorial Remembrances may be made to the Special Children's Charities 541 N.
