Donna Zawislak, age 74 of Whitewater, WI, passed away on September 16, 2017 at her home.  She was born April 10, 1943 in Illinois, the daughter of the late George and Ruth (Kroqsrude) Vlchek. Donna was united in marriage to William "Bill" Zawislak.  She worked as a Phlebotomist throughout her life. Donna is survived by her loving husband; two children; several grandchildren; one sister; many nieces and nephews, and their children.  Memorial service will be held at 12 Noon on Saturday September 23rd at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 730 N Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI.
