Doreen Norma McMahon

Doreen N. McMahon age 78 of Elkhorn, WI died peacefully at home on February 15, 2026. Doreen was born on July 21, 1947; daughter of the late Ferdinand and Eleanor (Wester) Schultz. Doreen married Gary C. McMahon on Memorial Day in 1965 in Chicago, IL. They shared their life and many experiences together until the time of her passing. Doreen loved to fish and often caught more fish than Gary did when they went on trips together. In the wintertime, she enjoyed snowmobiling, and in the summertime, she played volleyball until the time she was in her 50’s.

Doreen is survived by her loving husband; Gary; son; Kevin; and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents; and sister; Linda Garpinski.

A Memorial Service for Doreen will take place at Sugar Creek Lutheran Church N5690 Cobblestone Road Elkhorn, WI 53121 on Monday February 23, 2026, at 11:00AM. Visitation will take place before the service beginning at 9:30AM. Memorials may be made in Dorrens’ name to the church at the address listed above.
