Doris Lucille Campbell, 95 of Janesville, WI, was called Home by her Lord and Savior on Thursday, June 29, 2023.  She was born on April 4, 1928 in Richmond, Il, the daughter to the late Henry J. and Vera (Waller) Schultz. Doris was united in marriage to James Brown Campbell IV on April 26, 1947 in Elgin, IL.

Doris and James were blessed with 4 sons, James B. V, Raymond, Roderick, and Donald. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, James B. Campbell IV, sons, James B. Campbell V and Donald Campbell and granddaughter, Becca Campbell.

Doris is survived by her sons; Raymond (Lisa) and Roderick (Diane), 5 grandchildren and their families, James B. VI (Bridget), Lacey Rebarchek (Kevin), Raymond (Meredith), Andrea, and Courtney, 7 great-grandchildren; Caleb, Cullin, Layla, Keaten, James B. VII, Jervon, and Peyton.  Brother, Jerre Schultz, and 5 nieces.

Doris was a mother and friend to many. Always guided by her Jesus friend, she ministered in her daily encounters; she had a genuine love for and interest in people and her humor, wisdom, and energy made her an ageless soul. Her bright boldness and storytelling will be deeply missed, but the joyful memories are a gift.
