Doris J. Vogt, 83 of Elkhorn, WI, died Monday, February 24, 2020 at Kindred Hearts in Elkhorn, WI. She was born October 28, 1936 in Burlington, WI, the daughter to the late Horace and Dorothea (Weiners) Hensel.  Doris married John R. Vogt on September 13, 1958 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Lyons, WI. He died April 14, 2000 after 41 years of marriage.   She worked in the lunch room at Elkhorn Area High School for over 10 years.  Doris was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Elkhorn, WI.  She enjoyed traveling to Las Vegas on her annual trips.  Doris was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Doris is survived by her five children; Kim (Brian) Longfield of Waunakee, WI, Kay (Dana) Rossow of Berlin, WI, Wayne Vogt of Elkhorn, WI, Karen (Rick) Connell of Elkhorn, WI and Richard (Rebecca) Vogt of Janesville, WI, fifteen grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and brother-in-law, Louis (Michelle) Vogt of East Troy, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband John, her five siblings.

Memorial Mass will be 11:00AM on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 107 W. Walworth St. Elkhorn, WI, with Fr. Oriol Regales officiating.  Visitation will be at church 10:30AM until service time. Inurnment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Elkhorn, WI.  In lieu of flowers, memorial may be directed to Alzheimer's Association, 620 S 76th St. Suite 160 Milwaukee, WI 53214. Online guest book at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.
