Dorothea Elizabeth Swart age 96 went home to be with the Lord, Saturday April 4, 2020 at Burlington Memorial Hospital. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a role model of how to serve the Lord faithfully all her life.

Dorothea was born August 1, 1923 in Chicago, IL, the daughter of the late Christ and Dorothea (Altergott) Kraus. She was united in marriage to Lawrence Donovan Swart on November 24, 1945.

Dorothea was a member of the Community Baptist Church, Silver Lake, WI.

Dorothea is survived by her husband Lawrence, her son Dale A (Jo) Swart and daughter Karen Davidson, her three grandchildren Dale D (Carrieann) Swart, Amanda (Allan) Carter, and SJ Azalea Swart and her two great grandchildren Dale Donovan Jr and Jennifer Sue.
