Elizabeth H. Biersack, age 89 of East Troy, WI died on Sunday February 2, 2025 at Holton Manor Nursing Home in Elkhorn, WI.  Elizabeth was born in the town of Troy, WI on December 21, 1935; daughter of the late Matthew and Mary (Puetz) Pekel.  Elizabeth was united in marriage to Herbert William Biersack on August 8, 1953; together they raised their family of 10 children until the time of his passing on December 2, 2016.  Elizabeth enjoyed traveling, she was also a very skilled crafter, and enjoyed sewing sock monkeys, dogs, and kittens.  Along with that she loved gardening and baking; she was well known for her baking side business that she started in the 60's; she created wedding cakes, and provided those to newlyweds for many years.

Elizabeth is survived by her children; Mary Francis, Debbie Kuhnke, Cathy (Jim) Mender, Michael Biersack, John (Cherie) Biersack, Joseph (Bonnie) Biersack, Robert (Laurie) Biersack, Rebecca (Gary) Partington; siblings; Lucille Sisson, Ann Ottow, Marcy Ullenberg, Jane Delaney, many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, son-in-law's; Dean Kehl, Steve Lee; and beloved cat; Opal.  Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband; her parents; daughters; Patricia Kehl, Linda Lee; and siblings; Margaret Hobbick, Germaine Gervais, Matthew Pekel, and Marie Graff.

A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday February 7, 2025 at 12:00PM at St. Peter's Catholic Church, 1981 Beulah Ave East Troy, WI.  Visitation will be held before Mass beginning at 10:00AM.  Elizabeth will be laid to rest following the Mass at St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery.  In Lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peters Catholic Church.
