Elizabeth "Bette" F. Kohler, 94 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at Holton Manor in Elkhorn, WI. She was born June 12, 1927 in Chicago, IL, the daughter to the late Edwin L. and Catherine M. (Lake) Miller.  Bette was united in marriage to John F. Kohler Sr. on July 7, 1944 at Camp Clairborne in Alexandria, VA.  John and Bette moved from Chicago to Lake Wandawega in 1953 before eventually settling and building their home together on North Lake.  John preceded Bette in death in 2005.  Bette was very creative and she enjoyed to crochet and sew. Family, friends and neighbors were very important to Bette.

Bette is survived by her three children; Carol Jensen of Elkhorn, John Kohler Jr. of Elkhorn, and Barbara Falconer of Winnebago, IL, five grandchildren; Kellie (Michael) Walton, Abraham (Amber) Jensen, Caleb Jensen, Matthew (Chelsea) Kohler and Anndrea Kohler, ten great-grandchildren; Nicholas (Caitlyn) Walton, Cassandra (Brad Potter) Kambitsis, Montgomery Jensen, Carmel Jensen, Lydia Reese, Landyn Kohler, Rose Kohler, Zeke Jankowski, Abraham Jensen II and Madeline Jensen, three great-great-grandchildren; Lily Potter, Lyla Walton and Lewis Walton, sister, Patricia Jones of FL, and her special neighbors, Russ Dewart and his sister Kathy and Erica Goulart.  She is further survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins - especially cousins Carol and Cindy and niece Sharon and nephew Mark who went out of their way to keep in contact and made her feel loved. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband of 61 years, John, son, Bruce Kohler, granddaughter, Brittney Kohler, two sons-in-law, Tom Jensen and Dale Falconer, and sister, Katherine "Kay" Hintz. A special thank you to the kind staff at Holton Manor and AseraCare Hospice for helping our family in this journey.
