Elizabeth "Beth" Latta, 54 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at her home.  She was born October 30, 1969, in Elkhorn, WI, the daughter of Russell and Carol (Adams) Latta.  Beth enjoyed word search puzzles, crafting and coloring. She loved music and could play the clarinet and the keyboard.  Beth enjoyed listening to old country music. She was an avid shopper and regularly visited many thrift stores. Beth loved animals, especially wolves, dolphins and her treasured cats, Harley Davidson, Mia, Glacier, Marshmallow, and Snowflake.

Beth is survived by her daughter, Amanda Hudson, mother, Carol Latta, aunts, cousins and dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her father, Russell Latta and cats, Harley Davidson and Snowflake.

Funeral Service will be 1:00PM on Monday, January 8, 2024, at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory.  Visitation will be 12:00PM on Monday until service time at the funeral home.  Interment will follow services at Roselawn Memory Gardens.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Latta Family.  Online guest book at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.  Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory completed arrangements for the Latta Family.
