Eric E. Meredith, 63 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2020 at his home in Elkhorn, WI. He was born November 14, 1956 in Indianapolis, IN, the son of late Robert and Michele (Forey) Meredith. Eric was united in marriage to Sally A. Bohmer on August 27, 1989 in Northbrook, IL. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Elkhorn, WI. As a young man, Eric became a certified bakery chef and worked for many hotels throughout Chicago. After moving to Wisconsin, he was a chef at various restaurants in our area. He always embraced his French heritage. Eric enjoyed traveling, fishing and gardening. He loved his dog, Riley and their daily walks. Eric enjoyed working out at SNAP Fitness. He was a very open, loved to joke around and made friends easily. Eric also loved spending time with his family and was a loving and devoted husband and father.

Eric is survived by his wife of 30 years, Sally, two sons; Ian Meredith of Waukesha, WI and Brett Meredith of Milwaukee, WI, sister, Patricia (Frank) Collazo of LaGrange, IL, three sisters-in-law; Amy, Kate and Danita Bohmer, five nieces; Isabelle, Brigitte (Brian), Andrea, Monica, and Sonja (Cathal), two nephews; Robert and Luke (Julia), great-nieces and great-nephews; Briella, Bailey, Isabelle, Gage and Orion, and step-mother, Betsy Bohmer. He was preceded in death by his parents, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Mary and Harry Bohmer, brother-in- law, Steve Bohmer and sister-in-law, Carol Bohmer.

Memorial service will be held 4:00PM on Sunday, July 12, 2020 at Haase- Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory, 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI, with Fr. Oriol Regales officiating. Visitation will be held 2:00PM until service time Sunday at the funeral home.
