George Martin, 77 of Elkhorn, WI,(Formerly of Lake Mary, Florida) passed away peacefully on Monday, December 25, 2023 at Frontida in Elkhorn, WI.  He was born January 13, 1946 in Milwaukee, WI, the son of the late John and Lillian (Olson) Martin. George graduated from Bayview High School in January of 1964.  He went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration-computer sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He lived in Lake Mary, Florida for over 30 years, until his return to Wisconsin earlier this year. He retired from Fiserv in Lake Mary, Florida. George loved Hawaii so much he worked there for almost a year, and could always be seen in one of his many vibrant Hawaiian shirts. George was an avid animal lover, and especially had a deep love for horses and German shepherds. He enjoyed working out in his yard and was very handy with home improvements. George was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Mary Ann Lepich and Karen O'Donnell, brother, John W. Martin and nephew Michael Lepich. He is survived by his beloved twin sister Diana (Dean) Liberski and Alice Gilbert, nieces and nephews: Darren (Dawn) Liberski, Todd Liberski, Kari (Dave) Drummond, Jennifer (Kyle) Steinhorst, Scott Lepich, and John (Kayti) Martin with many other extended nieces, nephews, cousins, family members, and friends.

Memorial Service will be 11:00AM on Saturday, January 6, 2024, at Sugar Creek Lutheran Church, N5690 Cobblestone Rd. Elkhorn, WI, with Pastor Dick Inglett officiating.  Visitation will be 10:00AM until service time Saturday at the church.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Lakeland Animal Shelter or an animal shelter of your choice.
