Geraldine "Geri" Fay Harteau age 80 of Waukesha, WI died at home on Tuesday November 21, 2023.  Geri was born on February 9, 1943; daughter of the late Clarence and Helen (Kulpa) Lemke.  Geri was a very kind and giving person; she would give away her jacket on a cold day to someone that was in need of one.  She enjoyed assisting with serving meals for senior programs near her home; and she had a great love for dogs and enjoyed taking her dog on long walks.  Geri is survived by her 2 children; Roger (Christy) Harteau, Lori (Steve) Rozga; grandchildren; Ben (Kaela) Harteau, Zachary (Jessica) Harteau, Chrystal Duarte, Anna Harteau; great grandchildren; Henry, Rose, Lily; siblings; Charlotte (Bob) Klingbeil, Darlene (Gary) Dail, Sharon (Fran) Jelinek, Winifred "Wendy" Whittaker, Janet (Jeff) Golner, Christopher (Debbie) Lemke; sister-in-law; Sally Lemke; and many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents; and siblings; Carol (Wally) Pontel, Robert "Bob" (Willy) Lemke, Clarence (Lucille) Lemke, Cathy Mlejnek, and Glen "Pat" Lemke.  Geri will be Inurned at Prairie Home Cemetery 605 S. Prairie Avenue Waukesha, WI on Friday December 15, 2023 at 12:30PM.  A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00PM at EB Shurts Building 810 W. College Avenue Waukesha, WI.  An open house will take place following the Memorial Service beginning at 1:30PM and ending at 3:00PM.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Center 502 N.
