Glenda Susanna "Sue" (Seng) Dupons, a beloved figure in both her professional and personal life, passed away on January 12, 2026, in Milwaukee, WI, at the age of 78. Born on March 28, 1947, in Ferdinand, IN, Glenda's journey was marked by a deep dedication to her family and an unwavering passion for her career. The daughter of the late Wilhelm Joseph and Mathilda Frances (Sergesketter) Seng. She was an incredible mother, Gigi, and wife, and a friend to all those who know her. She had a tenacity for life and generosity that could not be matched.
As the managing broker, President, and Owner of Bear Realty, Glenda made significant contributions to the real estate industry, where her business acumen and genuine care for her clients set her apart. Before her illustrious career in real estate, she imparted her wisdom as a teacher at Central High School in Paddock Lake, WI, shaping the lives of countless students who would carry her lessons into the future. During her teaching career at Central, she received the award "Teacher of the Year" and started the gymnastics program.
Glenda was a proud graduate of Carthage College, where she obtained her Bachelor's Degree, laying the foundation for her lifelong journey of learning and growth. Beyond her professional endeavors, her greatest joy came from spending time with her family—each moment cherished, each memory treasured.
An avid golfer, a passionate reader, and a talented writer, Glenda embraced life with enthusiasm. She found solace on the golf course, among the pages of a good book, or in the quiet reflection of her writing. Her love for life was infectious, drawing those around her into her warmth, and her spirit will live on in the hearts of many.
Glenda leaves behind her loving husband, Arthur James "Butch" Dupons, and their daughters, Adora Marie (Jeff) Ellis and Margaret Emmaline Dupons. She was a cherished grandmother (Gigi) to Scott Lyall and Jack Arthur Ellis, who brightened her days with their laughter and love. Her brother, David (Diane) Seng, also survives her, holding onto the many shared memories between siblings.
She was preceded in death by her sister Shirley (Henry) Fischer.
As we remember Glenda, we celebrate a life dedicated to family, friends, and professional excellence. Her legacy will be cherished by all who had the privilege of knowing her, and she will be deeply missed in the lives she touched.
"Open House" visitation will be held on Sunday January 18, 2026 from 1:00PM until 4:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI. A Celebration of Life will be held on Monday January 19, 2026 at 12:00PM a the Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 620 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI.
