Gregory A. Tuzik Jr. age 54 of Twin Lakes, WI died January 31, 2021.   He was born on October 30, 1966.   The son of Gregory and Jean (Block) Tuzik.  During his life he enjoyed going fishing and spending time on the lake.   He was an avid Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs fan.

Survived by his mother Jean.  Sister Lori Jean (Greg) Yuccas.  Uncle to Claire and Anna.
