Guadalupe Louis Rodriguez, age 68, of Genoa City, WI and formerly of Twin Lakes, WI, passed away Sunday, July 9, 2017 at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, WI.

Louis was born on April 24, 1949 in San Juan, Puerto Rico, the son of the late Guadalupe and Gloria Rodriguez.   Louis served in the U.S. Navy from May 29, 1968 until discharge on March 31, 1970.  He earned the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Service Medal and the Vietnam Campaign Medal.

Louis lived in Chicago before moving to the Twin Lakes/Genoa City area over 30 years ago.  He worked as a laborer in the construction trades.  He was a member of the Twin Lakes American Legion Post #544 and was a former member of the Sons of the Devil Motorcycle Club.  He enjoyed fishing and was a free spirit.

Louis is survived by:  1 daughter, Dominique Rodriguez of Elmwood Park, IL; 1 son, Louis Rodriguez of Tennessee; step children, Nelson Feliciano of Belvidere, IL and Lorissa Feliciano of Puerto Rico; many grandchildren; siblings, Beno, Martin, Benedo, Johny, Paco, Maria, Aida, Anna and Milagros; many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Jose and Marcos.

A gathering of friends will be held from 2:00PM to the time of Memorial Services and Military Honors will be held at 4:00PM at the Twin Lakes American Legion Post #544, 989 Legion Dr. Twin Lakes, WI on Saturday July 22, 2017.  Please bring a dish to pass for luncheon.  The Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes is serving the Rodriguez Family.
