Elkhorn: Harold E. Hugunin, 89, of Lyons, WI died Sunday September 14, 2014 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center Elkhorn, WI. He was born March 15, 1925 the son of the late John C. and Catherine C. (Henningfeld) Hugunin. Harold served in the US Navy during WWII. He was united in marriage to the former Margery Marie Leonard on November 19, 1949 in Caledonia, WI; she died April 21, 1976. Harold drove milk truck and was a lab technician for AMPI for over 25 years retiring in 1989. Harold enjoyed boating and fishing, he was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Lyons, WI. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed. Harold is survived by his three children; Mary (Carl) Roeker of East Troy, WI, John (Kristi) Hugunin and Judy (Mike) O'Donell all of Elkhorn, WI, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, Special Companion; Jeanette Gross of Lyons, WI. Harold was preceded in death by his wife of 26 years Margery, a daughter; Kaye Schmidt, a grandson;, Adam Michael O'Donell, one brother; Robert Hugunin and two sisters; Dorothy Kruckman and Mildred Corbett. Memorial service will be 6:00 PM Wednesday September 17, 2014 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI with Father Oriol Regales officiating.
