Heather Lynn Grenus age 45 of Burlington, WI died July 7, 2024, from injuries sustained from a motorcycle accident.   She was born in Waukegan, IL on September 3, 1978.  The daughter of George and Diane (Suhling) Grenus.  She was currently working at Waters Edge Health in Kenosha, WI.  Heather served over 15 years in active and reserve United States Army and achieved the rank of Specialist.

During her life she was an avid reader, loved going hunting and being outdoors.  She loved pigs and antiques.   She also served with the Wheatland Fire Dept.

Survived by her children Makenzie, Evelyn and GeorgeAnna, parents George and Diane Grenus, sisters Dusti (Todd) Iverson and Abby (Dan) Grenus.  Further survived by special friend Tyler Konrad.   She was preceded in death by her daughter Samantha Russell, Aunts: Barbara Heaton, Carol Grenus, Marsha Sark and Wendy Suhling.  Uncle: Jim Holmes.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday July 13, 2024, at 2:00PM at St. John's Lutheran Church 39506 60th St.  Burlington, WI (Slades Corners).  The family will receive friends from 10:00AM until the time of services.  Inurnment to follow with military honors at parish cemetery.   Memorials in her name may be made to Wounded Warriors Project wounderwarriorsproject.org.  or by mail PO Box 758516 Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.  The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI is honored to serve the Grenus family.
