Heather Montgomery-Bays, age 68, of Bloomfield, WI passed at home on September 23rd, 2024. Heather was born on September 24th, 1955, in Woodstock, IL, the daughter of Samuel and Elizabeth (Dunleavy) Lamont. Heather married Kevin Bays, November 30th, 2013, in Ballardsville, Kentucky.

Heather loved her family immensely, anything she did, she did with excitement, gusto, and with love. Heather, and Kevin would spend most of their time together being outdoors, whether it was camping, hunting, fishing, and snowmobiling. She loved to help, and put her efforts in projects like helping to build Veterans Park in Genoa City. She was a known animal lover, and above all loved to live life and have fun.

Heather is survived by her husband Kevin Bays, her sons; Aaron (Merry) Montgomery, and Adam Montgomery. Step-daughter Amber (Nathan) Nellessen. Her brother; Sam (Martie) Lamont, and her grandchildren; Rizen, Finn, Arlo, Austin, and Braxton.

Heather is preceded in death by her parents, and her step-sons; Adam and Andrew Bays.

A memorial visitation will be happening this Sunday, September 29th, 2024 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 113 Freeman Street, Genoa City, WI. 53128. Visitation will start at 2:00 P.M. and go to 4:00 P.M. Haase-Lockwood & Associates are honored to have served the Montgomery-Bays family.
