Helen Margaret Mathews, age 61 of Burlington, WI, passed away on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at Aurora Memorial Hospital of Burlington. She was born on March 28, 1953 in Wisconsin. The daughter of R. Duane and Margaret Perry. Helen was united in marriage to Lee Earl Mathews in November of 1974. He preceded her in passing on April 14. 2012. Helen was Registered Nurse at various hospitals in South Eastern Wisconsin for Aurora. She was a member at Calvary Community Church. Helen was very active in online gaming communities, various community programs, and loved her cat, Squeakers.

She is survived by her two children, Luke (Michelle) Mathews of MA and Peter Mathews of Burlington, WI, one grandchild, Alexander Mathews, her father, R. Duane Perry of Williams Bay, WI, three siblings; Ray D. (Chris) Perry of Green Bay, WI, Anne Schueltz of Wilton, WI, and Laura (Scott) Boniface of OH, many nieces, nephews, and gaming and online friends. Helen was preceded in passing by her husband, Lee, mother, Margaret, and brother-in-law, Lindy Schuetlz.
