Irene M. Terlunen, 82, formerly of Elkhorn, WI died Wednesday May 21, 2014 at Fairhaven Nursing Home Whitewater, WI. She was born February 5, 1932 in Whitewater, WI the daughter of the late Ira and Martha (Graehler) Bulow. She was united in marriage to Roger Terlunen on October 11, 1952 in East Troy, WI they were together for 48 years. Irene worked for over ten years with the Elkhorn Area School District with the hot lunch program at West Side Elementary School. After moving to Florida she worked at Wal-Mart. She was a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose. She enjoyed sewing and spending time with her loving family. She is survived by her six children; Roger (Bernita) of Elkhorn, Laura (Chuck) Steadman of Crossville, TN, Donald (Andrea) of Marion, IL, Susan (Philip) Berndt of Delavan, WI, Barbara (Thomas) Hayes of McFarland, WI and Carol (David) Nelson of Whitewater, WI, Thirteen grandchildren and Seven Great-grandchildren, Four brothers and one sister. Irene was preceded in death by her parents and a brother and a sister.
