Janet L. Wells, 82, of Elkhorn, WI, was born to Eternal Life on Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at RidgeStone Gardens in Elkhorn.  She was born September 13, 1941, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of the late Raymond and Josephine (Rego) Frymark.  Janet was united in marriage to the late Conrad Wells on May 14, 1960. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Elkhorn.

Janet spent her time volunteering at her church, celebrating precious milestones with her children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter, and taking day trips with her friends and family. She was a part of the Ladies Guild and loved spending time at the Walworth County Fair every September. She enjoyed handing out roses at the church and helping with communion during the service. She was a loving wife and mother, a loyal friend, and a follower of Christ. She was witty, independent, and full of life. She is now reunited in Heaven with God, her husband, and other loved ones. She will be dearly missed.

A special heartfelt thanks to her closest friends, especially Eleanor, Rosie, Cheryl, and to those friends from St Patrick's Church and Lakeland Hospital. The family also sends their appreciation to the caretakers at RidgeStone Gardens for helping her maintain her independence and offering her friendship.

Janet is survived by six children, Bruce Wells, Renee (Thomas) Vant, Pamela (Jon) Rieckmann, Penny (Chad) Rydberg, Lynnette (Randy) Chellberg, and Wendy Trotter; six grandchildren, Alyssa (Jeremy) Magestro, Caitlin (Daniel) Wambold, Bryan Vant, Erin Rieckmann, Brianna Chellberg, and Dakota Chellberg; one great-grandchild, Leigh Magestro; two siblings, Victoria (Michael) Krause and Steven Frymark; dear friends, Eleanor, Rosie, and Cheryl; as well as many other friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Conrad; siblings, David (Karen) Frymark, Joan (Bernard) Coy, Benjamin (Pauline) Frymark, and Michael Frymark; and her beloved sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.

Funeral Mass will be 11:00AM on Friday, June 7, 2024, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 107 W. Walworth St. Elkhorn, WI.  Visitation will be 5:00PM to 8:00PM on Thursday, June 6, 2024, and 9:30AM to 10:30AM on Friday, June 7, 2024, at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Homes and Crematory, 730 N. Wisconsin St. Elkhorn, WI.  Interment will follow services at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Elkhorn, WI.  Online guest book is available at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.
