Janice "Jan" L. Reichel; 83,  of Venice, Fl and Elkhorn, WI died Tuesday December 15, 2020 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center.  She was born July 18, 1937 in Chicago, IL the daughter of the late Arthur and Sylvia (Tietjens) Ploch.  She was united in marriage to Joseph W. Reichel on September 28 1963 in Chicago, IL.  Jan was a devoted homemaker who loved and cherished her family.  She was a Girl Scout Leader, member of the Elkhorn Women's Club, picture lady of the Elkhorn School District, a friend of the Lauderdale Aqua Skiers.  Jan enjoyed dancing, bowling, gardening, canning, crafting, sewing and crocheting.  She especially enjoyed watching her grandchildren with their school functions and all their other activities.  Jan's infectious laughter and smile will be missed by all who knew her and loved her, especially by her husband of 57 years, Joe, her two daughters Jodi (Kevin) Leahy of Elkhorn, WI and Linda Ulvog of Mukwonago, WI, her six grandchildren, Nikki (Jeff) Wales of Whitewater, WI, Zach (Allie Childs) Petersen of Austin, TX, Jake Petersen of St. Paul, MN, Megan Leahy of Elkhorn, WI, Caiti (Jon) Mohr of West Allis, WI and Connor Leahy of Singapore and by her great-grandson Joseph Mohr and by a host of other relatives and friends.  Visitation will be 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Monday December 21, 2020 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI.  Graveside committal service will be 1:30 PM at Mt.
