Jean Caroline Utter of Elkhorn, WI., passed away on December 5, 2023, at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. Jean was born on September 23, 1935, in Elkhorn, Wisconsin to Clarence and Maragaret (Steele) Utter.

Jean loved spending time with her family, especially going out to eat with her sister Diana and hanging out with her niece Sophia. She and Sophia spent many weekends going to the mall, especially when Sophia attended Marquette University. Jean loved to come visit her at Marquette and go to lunch. She also loved to go for drives between Milwaukee and Lake Geneva. Jean could not wait to watch all things sports but had a special love for Wisconsin sports. She was an unwavering Milwaukee Bucks and Brewers fan as well as cheered on her beloved Packers faithfully. During the many long car rides, you would find a baseball game on WGN radio, even if it was the Chicago Cubs.

Jean is survived by her sister Diana Pfaff; nieces and nephews: Sophia Rodriguez, Richard (Dawn) Pfaff, Michael Pfaff, Valerie (Kevin Wold) Utter, Vincent (Gabriela) Utter, Mark Utter, Linda (Joe) Ludford, and several great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her dear friend for decades, Laura. Jean is preceded in death by her parents, and twin brother Edward Utter.
