Jeremy Michael Jensen, age 48, of Salem Lakes, WI, died on Saturday, July 10, 2021 at St. Luke's Medical Center in Milwaukee. The only son of Arne and Debra (Skomski) Jensen, Jeremy was born on March 10, 1973 in Burlington, WI. During his life, Jeremy worked as a landscaper. He enjoyed computer and video games, golfing, and Dungeons and Dragons. Jeremy is survived by his father, Arne; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, Debra. No services will be held. Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI is assisting the family.
