Joann B. Ehlert age 82 of Wilmot, WI. died March 23, 2022, at Aurora Hospital of Burlington in Burlington, WI.  She was born in Springfield, WI. on September 22, 1939.  The daughter of the late George and Loretta (Schmidt) Deegan.  On May 30, 1959, at St. Peters Church in Antioch, IL she was united in marriage to Frank Ehlert.  She worked for many years as Postmaster for the United States Postal Service. She enjoyed watching the Wisconsin Badgers, Green Bay Packers, and the Chicago Cubs.

Survived by her husband Frank.  Mother to Scott (Andrea) Ehlert, Stacey "Sam" (June) Ehlert, and Shelly (Tom) Reichwein. Grandmother to 10 grandkids and great-grandmother to 8 great-grandkids. Further survived by brother-in-law, Leo Webster, and half-sisters, Elizabeth and Sandy.    She was preceded in death by her brother John Degan and sister Dorothy Webster.
