Joanne L. Kramer, 76 of 212 Westlawn Ave, Elkhorn, WI, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at Tender Reflections in Elkhorn, WI.    She was born on August 8, 1939 at Camp Douglas, WI to William and Ovina (Pedersen) Mortensen.  Joanne married Steven Kramer on July 7, 1961 at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Madison, WI.  She was employed by Ajay Sports in Delavan and later, the Delavan-Darien School District.  Joanne was a member of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Elkhorn, WI.  She was also a member of the Women's Fellowship and served on various committees.  Joanne also helped her husband with many Masonic functions.

She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Steven Kramer, three children, Roxanne Kramer of Elkhorn, WI, Ronald Kramer of Elkhorn, WI and Stig (Nancy) Cornell of Manopac, NY, one sister, Joyce (Jack) Mack of Traverse City, MI, one brother, Jack (Barbara) Mortensen of Madison, WI, her grandchildren; Candace, Lillian, and Christopher, nieces, nephews, and close friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30AM on Monday, October 5, 2015 at First Congregational United Church of Christ in Elkhorn, WI with Rev. Dr. Scott McLeod officiating.  Visitation will be held from 9:30AM until service time at the church on Monday.  Burial will be held at 2:30PM at Forest Hill Cemetery in Madison, WI.
