John "Jack" Musachio, 82, of Schaumburg, IL., passed away on Saturday, November 23rd, 2024, at Aurora Medical Center in Burlington WI.  Jack was born in Chicago, IL., on February 27th, 1942, the son to John "Jack" and Catherine (Filomeno) Musachio.  Jack was united in marriage to the love of his life Patricia (Hourihan) Musachio on December 8th, 2001, in Elmhurst, IL.

Jack loved many things, but none more than his family. He enjoyed playing golf, watching all sports, he had a love for traveling, and his dog Dakota. Being a regional salesman, he loved to meet up with colleagues and customers for a cup of coffee and to catch up. He and Pat loved to come up to their home in Twin Lakes, WI., to spend time together.

Jack is survived by his wife Pat, his children; Brian (Kelly) Kinnare, John (Laura) Musachio, Timothy Musachio, and Kathleen Musachio. He is further survived by his grandchildren; Taylor and Miles Kinnare, and Isabella, Siena, and Luca Musachio.

Jack is preceded in death by his parents.

There will be a Funeral Mass for Jack on December 5th, 2024, at 10:00 A.M.  at St. Matthews Catholic Church, 1005 E. Schaumburg Rd. Schaumburg, IL., 60194.  Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory are proud to have served the Musachio family.
