Elkhorn: John M. Bever: 60, of Elkhorn, WI died unexpectedly Friday September 4, 2015 at his home.  He was born October 21, 1954 in Evanston, IL the son of the late John A. and Dorothy J. (Finley) Bever.  John graduated from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  He was united in marriage to Dorothy S. Price on September 28, 1985 in Elkhorn, WI.  John was the Major Projects Manager for We Energies for over 35 years.  He was always working; he belonged to the Professional Engineer Association.  He enjoyed playing with radio controlled cars, was an avid reader and a member of the Pleasant Lake Snowmobile Club.  John was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather who will be deeply missed by his family and friends who include his wife of 29 years, Dorothy, two daughters, Molly Bever of Stoughton, WI and Hannah (Fiance: Jim Brown) Bever of Madison, WI, one grandson: Gage Pope, four sisters: Janice (David) Swanson of Henderson, NV, Connie (Don) Woolever of Elkhorn, WI, Gayle Rollmann of Janesville, WI and Lynn (Dean Kaiser) Bever of Blacksburg, VA  and by a host of other relatives and friends.  John was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law: Bill Rollmann and a niece Rosemary Swanson.  Funeral service will be 5:00 PM Wednesday September 9, 2015 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI with Rev.
