John T. Kobierski age 79 of Burlington, WI died March 11, 2025.  He was born in Chicago, IL on December 2, 1945.  The son of the late Edmund and Elizabeth (Sarna) Kobierski.  He served in the United States Army and was stationed in Korea during the Vietnam Era.  During his life John loved being outdoors whether it was fishing, hunting, hiking or his favorite pastime doing metal detecting collecting treasures he found.   He liked to play pool and throw horseshoes.

Survived by his special friend Mary Aalto.  Loving father to Janette Kupser and Andrew Kobierski(Alexis Kaplan). Brother to Anita Brazile and Deborah (Dan) Dowell.   Grandfather to Austin, Lucas and Zachary.    Further survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Private family services will be held.   The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI is honored to serve the Kobierski family.
