Elkhorn: John G. Stuart, 69 of E. Third Ave Elkhorn, WI died Sunday January 18, 2015 at his residence. He was born January 27, 1945 in Yugoslavia the son of the late Gregory and Anna (Milinovic) Bacic. He attended the University of Zagreb Yugoslavia where he studied engineering. John worked as an electrical engineering draftsman for Bally Corporation retiring due to ill health in 1998. He was united in marriage to Linda F. Hoke on September 9, 2000 in Waukegan, IL. He enjoyed putting together models, painting, charcoal and pencil drawings. John was an avid marksman and weapon enthusiast and historian. He is survived by his wife of 14 years, Linda. Three children; Allison (David) Furniss of Lake Villa, IL, Valerie (John) Giannopolous of Beach Park, IL and William Jason Uimari of Zion, IL, Three grandchildren; Sophie Furniss, Elena and Arianna Giannopolous and by a host of other relatives and friends. John is preceded in death by his parents and infant twin brother. Memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday January 31, 2015 at the Delavan United Church of Christ-Congregational 123 E. Washington Street Delavan, WI with Rev. Laura McLeod officiating. Visitation will be at the church on Saturday from 12:30 PM until time of service.
