Judith Kell Mann: age 80 of Elkhorn, WI died Saturday, September 22, 2018 at Holton Manor Nursing Home Elkhorn, WI.  Judith was born August 31, 1938 in Michigan the daughter of the late John and Barbara (Bonet) Rogers.  She was united in marriage to David Rowe Mann on September 30, 1989 in East Troy, WI.  Judith worked as Clinical Social Worker with Walworth County Health and Human Services for over 30 years.  Judith and David owned and operated Southern Lakes Mental Health Services of Williams Bay, WI from 1999 until 2006 when they retired.  Judith was an avid reader and member of St. John's in the Wilderness Episcopal Church of Elkhorn, WI and the National Association of Clinical Social Workers.  Judith was a loving and devoted wife who will be greatly missed by her husband of 29 years, David, her brothers and sister, Rafe (Marjorie) Kell Davis of Williamston, MI, Kevin (Victoria) Kell of Lansing, MI and Laurie Kell of Racine, WI, Meredith Dupuis of MI, sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Kathleen Rios, Ann and Lee Mann, and by a host of friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Robert Rogers.   Celebration of Life will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday October 10, 2018 at St. John's in The Wilderness Episcopal Church 13 South Church Street Elkhorn, WI with Father Stephen Capitelli officiating.  Visitation will be at church from 1:00 PM until time of service.  Later service will be held at Unitarian-Universalist Church of the Lakes.
