Julio Cesar Balcazar-Canedo, 38, of Elkhorn, WI, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Saturday, July 16, 2022. He was born on June 28, 1984 in Michoacan, the son of Juan Manuel Balcazar Aguilera and Maria De La Luz Canedo Reyes. Julio and Marcy were united in marriage on October 23, 2021 in Walworth County, Wisconsin. Julio worked as a cook at Pier 290 and enjoyed to spend time with his family. He also loved walks by the lake with his dog Coco, cooking at home for his family and listening to music. He was well known for always playing music and walking through the door with flowers. He is very well loved and will be missed by his family.

Julio is survived by his Wife; Marcy Aburto-Garcia, Mother; Maria De La Luz Canedo Reyes; Children; Wendy and Jose Balcazar and Xavier, Joseph, and Jean Puente. He was preceded in death by his Father; Juan Manuel Balcazar Aguilera

A Visitation will take place on Friday, July 22, 2022 from 1:00PM-3:00PM at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 107 W Walworth St. Elkhorn, WI, 53121.
