Karen J. Henrietta-Makaryk age 70 of Twin Lakes, WI.   Died April 16, 2018 at Aurora Hospital of Burlington.   She was born in California on December 11, 1947.  The daughter of the late Victor M. and Bernice (Brandt) Henrietta.   On Dec. 18, 1992 she was united in marriage to Gilbert Makaryk.   During her life Karen enjoyed doing Crafts and had many plants around the house.

Karen is survived by her husband Gilbert.  Daughter Sherrie Cruz of Twin Lakes.   Granddaughter Kayla Cruz.  Further survived by her Stepchildren: Becki LaGrassa and Jacob Makaryk.  Step grandchildren: Nicolette, Rian, Jacob, Cooper, Finley, Sydney and Paige.  Greatgrandchildren Dylan and Becca.  She was preceded in death by her daughter Michelle Kirwin and Brother Steven Henrietta.

Funeral Services will be held on Monday April 23, 2018 at 6:00PM at the Haase-Lockwood & Assoc. Funeral Home 620 Legion Dr.  Twin Lakes, WI.   The family will receive friends from 3:00PM until the time of services.   Online condolences Haaselockwoodfhs.com.
