Kathleen "Kathy" Sheahan, aged 76, of Elkhorn, WI, passed away at home on Saturday, February 8, 2025. Born on May 2, 1948, she was the daughter of the late J. Patrick "Pat" and Jeanne (Poncheck) Sheahan. Kathy graduated from Elkhorn High School and pursued higher education at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, working at the Lake Geneva Playboy Club to support herself through college. She later earned a master's degree from the same institution.

Kathy was an accomplished art teacher with a fervent dedication to educating students in the arts, serving for 40 years within the Yorkville and Paris school districts in Union Grove. Her enthusiasm extended beyond teaching, as she was actively involved with the American Quarter Horse Association due to her passion for horses. Additionally, Kathy participated in several antique clubs and was a member of the Fontana Garden Club.

A devout Catholic, Kathy was a dedicated long-time member of St. Patrick Parish in Elkhorn.

Kathy is survived by her daughter; Greta (Andrew Dominguez) Zeller; step children; Chris (Aleeta) Zeller, Michael (Kristi) Zeller; sisters; Mary Mancini, Ilene (Dave Chiaverotti) Sheahan; nephew; Anthony Mancini; grandson; Patrick Dominguez; eight step grandchildren; and numerous cousins and friends.  She is preceded in death by her parents; aunt and uncle; Mary and Bobby Byers; and cousins; Sister Gert Giegle, and Father Ed Kasten.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place for Kathy on Friday February 14, 2025 at 1:00pm at St. Patrick Catholic Church 107 W. Walworth Street Elkhorn, WI.  Visitation will take place before Mass at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N. Wisconsin Street Elkhorn, WI from 10:00AM to 12:30PM.  Kathy will be laid to rest in Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Elkhorn following her funeral Mass.  In lieu of flowers memorials in Kathy's name can be made to Open Arms Free Clinic 205 Commerce Ct.
