Kathleen Ann Kellogg; 85, of Elkhorn, WI died Tuesday March 7, 2017 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center. She was born April 28, 1931 in Waukegan, IL, the daughter of the late Phillip H. and Evelyn (Welch) Paschke. Kathleen was united in marriage to the love of her life, Robert A. Kellogg on February 15, 1950 in Yorkville, Illinois. She worked as activity coordinator with Lakeland Nursing Home for over 25 years retiring in 1995. She was an avid reader, and a Master Gardener, member of Bethel United Methodist Church, enjoyed clowning and was a member of Clown Ally of Delavan, WI. After the death of her son, she helped co-found Compassionate Friends, a grief support group for parents. Kathleen was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Her zest for life was contagious, and she truly blessed the lives of so many. Teaching in her gentle way, that every word we speak and how we treat others affects so many people indirectly. We must do our best to treat everyone with kindness and compassion so that we are doing our part to make the world a better place. Kathleen will be deeply missed by everyone she touched in her life, especially her husband Robert, four daughters; Stephanie (James) Fox of Tampa FL, Linda (Sam) Parisi of Middleton, WI, Mary Lynn Sullivan of Ruidoso, NM and Bobbi Sue Fairchild of Waunakee, WI, ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, her five siblings, Phyllis Warren, Don, Jerry, Larry, and John Paschke and by a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Michael. Memorial service will be 11:30 AM Saturday March 11, 2017 at Bethel United Methodist Church, W5110 County Road A Elkhorn, WI with Pastor Erika Florez officiating. Visitation will be at church from 11:00 AM until time of service. Inurnment will be at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Tibbets, WI. Memorials may be made in Kathleen's name to Matheson Memorial Library 101 N.
