Kenneth J. Arber, 88, of Genoa City, WI, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 1, 2026 at Burr Oak Manor, in Genoa City, WI.
Kenneth was born on September 9, 1937 in Depew, New York to Roy and Josephine (Bork) Arber. On October 11, 1958, he married the love of his life, Alice (Zylius) with whom he enjoyed 67 wonderful years of marriage.
Above all else, Kenneth cherished his family. He loved being a grandfather and found his greatest joy in spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Kenneth grew up in Depew, New York and graduated from Depew High School. He proudly served four years in the US Navy. Following his military service, he began a long and successful career with Commonwealth Edison, where he worked his way up to electrical engineer before retiring.
Music was one of Kenneth’s greatest passions. He was an accomplished piano player and singer and performed in numerous bands throughout his life, beginning in the Navy.
Kenneth was also a talented woodworker, spending countless hours in his workshop behind their Twin Lakes home. He took pride in creating custom furniture, clocks, and decorative pieces for his home and for loved ones.
In addition, Kenneth enjoyed riding his motorcycle and often traveled throughout the state and country with his close-knit motorcycle “gang” of friends.
Kenneth will be lovingly remembered as a warm, kind-hearted man with a quick wit and wonderful sense of humor. He left a lasting impression on everyone who knew him.
Kenneth is survived by his beloved wife, Alice, his children; Patrick (Valli) Arber, JoAnn (Kevin) Wilson, Susan (Christopher) Watring, Alan (Amy) Arber, and Andrea (Joel) Thompson. He is further survived by his sister Elaine Plucker, his grandchildren; Benjamin (Cecley), Joseph, Jade, Jonathan (Ashton), Sky, Rhiannon, and Madison, and his great grandchildren; Sofia, Harper, Bo, and Caden.
Kenneth is preceded in death by his parents and granddaughter Alexandra.

A gathering for Kenneth will be held on February 6, 2026 starting at 1: 00 P.M until 3:00 P.M. at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory, 620 Legion Drive, Twin Lakes, WI, 53121. We at Haase-Lockwood & Associates are proud to have served the Arber family.
