Lana Kay Mayfield DeShaw: 45 of Delavan, WI died unexpectedly at her home Tuesday June 25, 2019.  She was born July 4, 1973 in Elgin, IL the daughter of Robert H. and Kay M. (Krueger) Ballschmiede.  Lana worked as a medical assistant and a phlebotomist.  She is survived by her two children: Jesseca Mayfield and Kody Mayfield, one granddaughter, Adalyn, her parents: Robert and Kay Ballschmiede, fiancé Terrell "Terry" Zaccard, her paternal grandmother: Marilyn Ballschmiede, one sister Laura (Michael) Waller and a host of other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Arthur and Mary Krueger and Robert Ballschmiede.  Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday June 29, 2019 at Light of Christ Church 100 Hansen Road Algonquin, IL with Pastor Kendall Koenig.  On-line guestbook is at www.haaselockwoodfhs.com.
