Obituary
Larry T. Egly, age 74, of Eagle passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Life Care Hospitals of Wisconsin in Pewaukee.
Larry was born in Waukesha, WI on August 27, 1940 the son of the late Jesse and Helen (Doty) Egly. Larry worked for many years as an industrial electrician for RTE and later for Andes Candies.
Larry is survived by his wife, Lynn (McCaffery) of Eagle, WI;children, Helene (Brian) Melrood of Arvada, CO, John (Karen) of Eagle, Steve of Houston, TX and Elizabeth (Ned) Norris of Houston, TX; step-children, Tim Szymkowski of Eagle, WI, Amy (Jeff) Schmidt of Dousman, WI, Karen Szymkowski of Waukesha, WI, Sara Szymkowski of Eagle, Jenny (John Gorichanaz)Szymkowski of Palmyra, and Beth (Tim)Nowaczyk of Elkhorn; 18 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Lucille Reap of Lemon Grove, CA; brothers, Bob (Lorelie) of New Berlin, WI, Jesse (Karen) of Waukesha, WI and Bill (Marlene) of Waukesha, WI. Larry is further survived by other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Joey Egly; brother, Gary (Wanda) Doty; and sisters, Mary Hansen, Dorothy Siehndel and Pauline Grabow.
A gathering of family and friends will be held at Haase Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home 103 W. Eagle St. Eagle, WI on Saturday, January 24, 2015 from 2:00PM until the time of Memorial Service at 4:00PM.
