Laurie L. Gianopoulos, 54 of Elkhorn, WI, passed away on Friday, January 21, 2022 at Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.  She was born March 7, 1967 in Fred and Sue (Lewis) Coukart.  Laurie worked as bartender at the Sport's Page in Elkhorn.  She loved spending time with her family especially her grandkids and her dogs.

Laurie is survived by her two children; Pete Gianopoulos and Breanna Gianopoulos, her four grandchildren; Alena, Aiden, Shawn and Paislee, and her siblings; Maryann Lawrence, Dawn (Cruz) Rodriguez, Rick Coukart, Sharon Marcel and Brad Coukart.  She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Melody.
