Leslie Grace Weiss, 56, beloved sister and friend, talented equestrian and devoted mentor, passed away on December 20, 2015, in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin. She is survived by her sisters Katherine Weiss and Constance Weiss, six nieces and nephews and seven grandnieces and grandnephews.

A  memorial service will be held on January 10th from 1-4 pm at the Good Luck Guest House at Tempel Farms, 17000 Wadsworth Road, Old Mill Creek, IL 60083.  In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Leslie may be sent to the American Association of Equine Practitioners at 4033 Iron Works Pkwy, Lexington, KY 40511.
