Liam Frazier Cowand, age 19 of Twin Lakes, WI, died Friday, February 26, 2021 with his loving family by his side.  The son of Phillip and Jessica (O'Dell) Cowand Jr., Liam was born on May 7, 2001 in Glendale, AZ.  He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.  Liam enjoyed playing video games, trains, superheroes (especially the Flash and the Hulk), board games, playing cards and spending time with his family.  Liam was very social, funny, and easy-going.  He had a magnetic and charismatic personality and everyone who met him instantly became enamored of him.   Liam touched and changed many lives for the better.  He also loved animals and they loved him too.

Liam is survived by his parents, P.D. and Jessica; his siblings Kieran, McKenna, and Nolan; his grandparents Phillip and Kerri Cowand, Connie O'Dell and Gwen Watson.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents Glen and Susan O'Dell; his uncles John Nichols and Casey Cowand.

A funeral service will take place on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (W 4615 Potter Rd, Elkhorn, WI 53121) at 4:00PM.  For those who wish to attend Liam's service remotely, a zoom link is available below.  Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the family has requested that all those who attend Liam's service in person practice social distancing and wear a mask. Although they sincerely appreciate the desire to offer hugs of comfort, they ask that you keep in mind that they are a special-needs family and prefer to avoid physical contact with those outside of their home at this time. The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI is assisting the family.
