Palmyra: Lois M. Parsons age 96 of Palmyra, WI died peacefully at Fairhaven of Whitewater on October 3rd 2014. Lois was born in Elkhorn, WI on January 14, 1918; daughter of the late William and Gertrude Wolske. Lois lived in the area her whole life; she enjoyed walking and dancing Polka with her late husband Robert who passed away in 1992. Lois is preceded in death by her husband, her parents and two sisters; Florine and Doris Mae. Lois is survived by her three children; Donna (Arnold AKA Ozzie) Holcomb, Nancy (Thomas) Marsh, and Brent Parsons; six grand children; Mark (Kimberly), Spencer (Melissa), Kyle (Kellie) Marsh, Shawn (Matthew) Olson, Craig (Leah Zuba), and Brad (Christine) Holcomb; and 11 great grandchildren; Darin, Brady, Colin, Olivia, Morgan, Sophia, Elijah, Samuel, Lindey, Ella, and Dylan-Dean. Visitation for Lois will be held at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church of Palmyra, WI on Wednesday October 8, 2014 from 10:00AM to 11:00AM. A Funeral will be held at 11:00AM following the visitation officiated by Pastor Steven Blyth. Lois will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery of Tibbets, WI at 2pm that afternoon.
