Louis C. Gunn Jr. age 86 of Elkhorn, WI died on Monday September 30, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Janesville, WI. Louis was born on January 10, 1938; son of the late Louis and Ardis (Margetts) Gunn. Louis was Veteran of the Air Force, and spent his career after the military as a Radiology Technician in the medical field, he enjoyed his line of work very much and was proud of his accomplishments over the years. Louis had a special place in his heart for Boxer dogs, he had many of them over the years. He also was a great shot when it came to competitive shooting; he retired and moved to Whidbey Island, where he competed and became the President of Central Whidbey Sportsmen's Club. He served as their President from 2012-2017. Louis was also a big car enthusiast; his love of cars made it able to identify every old card going down the road.

Louis is survived by his children; Lisa (Jeff) Magnus, Cris Gunn; siblings Beverly Holle, Fred Gunn, Debbie Gunn, Frances Gunn; grandchildren; Joshua Magnus, Lucas Gunn, Nora Gunn, and Faye Gunn. He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers; Cason and Tom Gunn; and sister; Shirley Watts.

A Family run Memorial Service for Louis will be held at Southern Lakes Evangelical Free Church N6686 US-12 Elkhorn, WI on Saturday October 26, 2024 at 10:00AM.
