Lynn M. Fogelberg, 70 of Chicago, IL. Died July 9, 2016.  Beloved daughter of Jeslyn M. (Stark) & Kenneth W. Fogelberg.   She was born in Washington DC and grew up in Rogers Park in Chicago.  She leaves behind two brothers: Kenneth and David Fogelberg and many more nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.  Lynn had degrees from Northern Illinois University, Michigan State University and Northeastern Illinois University.    After graduation she taught in Evanston and was later employed by the Department of Defense teaching at Lajes Field in the Azores, the Schweinfurt American School in Germany, and at Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines.   When returning to Chicago, she was employed as a special education teacher with the Chicago Public schools.   She was cross-certified in all the Special Ed areas.  For many years she taught early childhood special education.  Prior to retirement she worked with "Child Find" identifying children for special needs testing.  Lynn also enjoyed providing therapy to "birth to 3 years" in the Illinois Early Intervention Program.  Lynn was in public service in schools for 46 years.  Lynn was devoted to her dear mother and loved her family and all her friends.

Private family services will be held.  The Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory of Twin Lakes, WI. Is assisting the family.
