Elkhorn:  Margaret Mary Mauel; 92, 645 N. Church Street Elkhorn, WI on September 25, 2015 we lost our beloved mom at Holton Manor Nursing Home Elkhorn, WI.  She was born June 23, 1923 in Fort Atkinson, WI the daughter of the late John and Hilda (Birkholz) Moldenhauer.  She was united in marriage to Howard W. Mauel on September 5, 1941 in Iowa.  He died November 1, 1982.  Margaret worked at Lakeland Nursing Home for over 17 years retiring in 1985.  She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church of Elkhorn, WI.  Margaret is survived by her son Roy (Shirley Ann) Mauel of Elkhorn, WI, two daughters; Diane Deegan and Janice Riley both of Whitewater, WI, daughter-in-law; Kathy Mauel of Hartland, WI, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her husband, Howard, son; Gene, her sister Betty Gorman, and her son-in-law; David Riley.  Graveside service will be 10:30 am Saturday October 3, 2015 at Mt.
