Obituary

Margaret R. Peppler age 98 died February 17, 2020.  She was born in Martins Ferry, Ohio on September 22, 1921.   The daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Griffiths) Wright.  During her life she was united in marriage to Willard L. Peppler who preceded her in death.  Margaret served in the United States Marine Corp.

Margaret was an avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan whether it was basketball or football she was always cheering them on.   She was a Charter member of Farnumwood Presbyterian Church in Burton, MI. where she was involved in many aspects of the church including chairing various women's groups and planned Wedding, funeral diners and many other banquets and the annual ice cream social.  Margaret was also the cookie baker for the large Christmas gathering.

Mother to William (Kim) Peppler.  Grandmother of Caryn and Sarah Peppler.  Sister to the late Anna Mae Hicks.  Sister in Law to John Hicks and affectionately known as Aunt Peggy to her numerous nieces and nephews.
