Elkhorn:  Mary Ann Evans: 76, of Geneva Street Elkhorn, WI died Wednesday January 13, 2016 at Aurora Lakeland Medical Center Elkhorn, WI.  She was born January 18, 1939 in Burlington, WI the daughter of the late Walter and Nellie (Duray) Hendrickson.  Mary over the years worked as a licensed practical nurse for various nursing homes and hospitals in Wisconsin, Florida and North Carolina until she retired.  Mary enjoyed traveling, she especially enjoyed taking cruises.  She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church of Elkhorn, WI.  She was a loving and devoted mother and grandmother who will be missed by her two sons; Donald Sorenson of Whitewater, WI and Ronald (Linda) Sorenson of Walworth, WI, three grandchildren; Sasha Johnson, Heidi and Megan Sorenson, three great-grandchildren; Logan, Aliyah and Anthony, one sister Lois Copeland of Elkhorn, WI and one brother Walter Hendrickson of Elkhorn, WI.  Mary was preceded in death by her daughter Patricia Ann.  Funeral will be 4:30 PM Tuesday January 19 at Haase-Lockwood & Associates Funeral Home and Crematory 730 N.
